Description |
Mayden will undertake the ‘SAPIO’ project with the objective to Streamline Assessment Pathways and Improve Outcomes in NHS psychological therapy (‘IAPT’) services. Patients will be able to self-administer a standardised online assessment which in turn could generate treatment insights through the application of machine learning techniques to assessment responses. This constitutes a total redesign of the referral-to-treatment segment of the IAPT care pathway using digital and data analytics technologies. SAPIO has the potential to significantly improve the patient’s experience of service access and assessment, whilst patients and the NHS will benefit from improved recovery rates and efficiencies. |

Veraz develop products that enable businesses to ensure their staff adhere to best practice protocols. This project further develops Veraz’s touch monitoring technology to incorporate detection of person-to-person physical contact using portable devices with a small form factor. Care Tracker enables the detection and analysis of physical contact between a healthcare worker and a patient and has significant implications for the monitoring of care procedures to increase the quality of patient care in any environment from hospital to home. |
