Project CareLoop P4-DTx: AI-powered Digital Therapeutic Platform for Severe Mental Illness that Reduces Relapses and Demands on Urgent and Emergency Care

Clinicians view insights remotely and are automatically notified if a patient becomes unwell for early action to prevent relapse. People with SMIs are significantly more likely to attend urgent and emergency departments even though these may not be the best places to receive the care they need.
